Since 1985
Our story.
Jeff Garcia founded Summit Maintenance in 1985 and built its reputation the slow way: showing up, doing the work, and treating every property as our own. For decades that meant building maintenance and janitorial services across Colorado.
When COVID emptied the office buildings, we made a decision instead of waiting one out: we refocused the company on the work we do best — cleaning trains for transit operators and delivering construction cleans for contractors. Today that specialty, backed by our certifications, is the heart of the business.
