Retired from the old site

All with 301 redirects — no dead links:

/our-advantage → /why-summit /janitorial → /commercial (kept, de-emphasized) /blog/[2020-era janitorial posts] → /blog

Site-wide elements

AI chat agent on every page (routes to team inbox) · certification strip · one consistent contact set (303-810-1234 · jeff@summitmaintenance.net · 501 S. Cherry St) · "Request a Quote" as the single primary action.

Decisions from the Day-15 review (July 23): Commercial Facilities stays as a de-emphasized page at /commercial. HUBZone and 8(a) certifications phased out — RTD and Small Disadvantaged Business remain. One phone number (direct to Jeff). Contact page ships without a map. Dark mockup colors replaced with a brighter, photo-ready look.
